This service is meant to assist you in jump starting your journey into mindful daily living. Many of us have heard of mindfulness, or maybe even downloaded an or two …these resources are great, but do you really feel like you understand how to apply the science of mindfulness to your actual life?

Mindfulness is a skill with many facets that can be applied to all areas of daily living. It is a skill that builds and strengthens our own ability to be our best possible selves, regardless of the unavoidable barriers and challenges life throws our way. As your mindfulness “coach” I will first examine your individual life- what your triggers are, what access you have to resources, and what your day to day environment looks like. I will then develop a weekly guideline that makes sense for YOU. We will work on strengthening certain cognitive skills, and by the end of the month you will feel empowered to tackle the unavoidable obstacles life throws your way, as well as enjoy the good moments more (and recognize them).

Skill building includes all areas of wellness, and within these areas you will receive access to all kinds of kinds of supplemental materials and resources:

  • social supports

    This service is NOT therapy. It is however a comprehensive support package that will leave you feeling better about all all of the craziness that life brings.
